County of Huron | Communications & Leadership Development Project
Recognizing the need to support succession planning, knowledge transfer, and leadership development within the organization, I collaborated with the Human Resources department to develop and launch the Communications and Leadership Development Project (CLDP). The program was designed to provide emerging leaders from across the organization with a six-month placement within the Administration Department, where they would receive mentorship, gain exposure to corporate projects, strengthen leadership and communication skills, and contribute to initiatives with organization-wide impact.
